Shipping Information

Free shipping by US postal mail or UPS/Fedex is provided for most products within the continental USA (Alaksa and Hawaii excluded). In addition, there are certain exceptions on very large products such as shower toilets. Smaller items such as hand bidets, and bathroom accessories are sent by US Postal mail. Products such as seat bidets will have the UPS/Fedex shipping information forwarded to you by email. Delivery can take from 5-10 days, depending on your location.
Expedited shipping is available on all orders, whether domestic or international. Generally, orders for US postal orders by Priority Mail cost about $5.00 extra for handheld bidets. Send us an email with your shipping address for a quotation.
