The
manufacturer carefully tests every Bio Bidet before shipment.
Bio Bidet made with the highest quality materials in
the highest standard of production and workmanship, is
guaranteed to be free of defects.
The
warranty is good for one year from purchase date.
For: BB50, BB200, BB300H, BB800, & BB1000
Warranty will be 3 years limited as follows:
- 100% Coverage of all parts and labor for the entire product for the first year from original date of purchase
- 75% Coverage of all parts and labor for the entire product for the second year from original date of purchase
- 50% Coverage of all parts and labor for the entire product for the third year from original date of purchase

Warranty will be 2 years limited as follows:
- 100% Coverage of all parts and labor for the entire product for the first year from original date of purchase
- 75% Coverage of all parts and labor for the entire product for the second year from original date of purchase
- 50% Coverage of all parts and labor for the entire product for the third year from original date of purchase

Warranty
Excludes the following:

Replacements
of parts due to discoloration from cleaning chemicals or
mineral content in water.
If you live in an area with strong mineral
contents in the water, manufacturer recommends using a
water filter.

due to damage or malfunction caused by improper
installation, negligence, misuse or abuse.

due to improper installation.

Manufacturer
is not responsible or liable to any damages caused by
improper installation or by use of parts which were not
supplied by the manufacturer.
