ORDER INFORMATION

HOW TO ORDER

There are several ways you can order our products:

Order Online

By using our shopping cart: As you navigate our order page, Feel free to select the items that you want to order from the product list at the left hand corner. Click the "Add to Cart" link to add the desired item in your shopping cart.

Select the “View Shopping Cart” link to review the items in your shopping cart or make any necessary changes, and complete the ordering process by clicking on the “Checkout” link.

Credit Cards Accepted

You can use our Secure Order and safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We honor VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Payments by Check, Bank Draft or Money Order

DO NOT SEND CASH. We accept payments denominated in US DOLLARS ONLY by personal check, cashier's check, US International Postal Money Order, Bank Money Order or International Bank Draft payable to:

Make you sure that you provide the following information in your order:

* Item ID/number (Name of bidet and/or model type/product code)
* Brief description of the item (color, seat shape, etc.)
* Desired quantity
* Your Billing/shipping address
* Include check or money order payable to Sanicare for cost of item plus shipping and handling

Please note: Allow 3-5 business days for your check to clear. However, your order will not be shipped until we receive your payment. In addition, we cannot accept P.O. boxes for shipping addresses.

Tracking Order

To track package, or for the status of your order, please send an email to order-sanicare@pacinter.com. Please include: Your name, your invoice number and the product name you ordered.

We will reply to your request within 24 hours.

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at order-sanicare@pacinter.com. Your Name and Order ID and the date the order was placed,

will be required for us to cancel your order. You may also cancel your order by contacting a customer service representative at (702) 951-7256.
