SEAT BIDETS: All Sanicare products are brand new, free from manufacturing defects and malfunctions. All seat bidets are under warranty from the manufacturer. They include a manufacturer’s warranty, so please fill out the warranty card within the specified period of time.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, go the http://www.cleanrite.com/claims and fill out the form. We want you to be satisfied with the products we sell and will try and resolve any issues you have as quickly as possible.
